I absolutely love Vela Apartments! From the moment you step into the leasing office, you're welcomed by the friendliest and most helpful team. They genuinely care about making you feel at home and are always there to answer questions or help out. The complex itself is stunning - everything is brand new, and the quality stands out immediately. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern features that make each unit feel so luxurious compared to other places I've seen. Vela's amenities are truly top-notch. The pool is heated, the gym has everything I need, and the lobby area is chic and welcoming. Plus, having a dog run on-site is a huge bonus for pet owners like me. It's refreshing to find a place that combines convenience, beauty, and a community feel. I couldn't be happier with my choice and love how close it is to restaurants/shopping.

My husband and I lived in the Vela apartments for two years before moving to another state, and it was the best experience we ever had! The apartment layout was comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. Gardeners maintained the area around the complex. We have two dogs, and there was a spacious, enclosed area designated for pets. The property was secure, with no strangers on the grounds. We want to say a big thank you to Chantal, the Vela manager, who was always kind, friendly and welcoming. She helped us with any questions, and we could always rely on her. If you are looking for a quiet, welcoming, high-quality living experience, I highly recommend Vela Apartments! Thanks to everyone who worked there! Anna & Murillo

Vela has been the BEST apartments I have lived in. Not just the most cleanest, but the most down to earth and friendliest. Chantal tries her best to find community opportunities to involve the tenants in some form of social opportunities. We have food trucks (that suit the working people's schedules and very friendly people), art activities in the main office, and a calendar that even my smart mouth attitude pays attention too 😆 🤣. I enjoy looking at the weekly announcements that Chantal puts out and try to include myself in the monthly drawings with my pet for Awesome gifts that Chantal puts out for our little community. Chantal does do a lot to make Vela on "mission Gorge Road" to make it a special community of our own. 😃 Thank you Chanal for doing what you do! Terri

It has been a pleasure living here, I would highly recommend. It is a very pet friendly atmosphere, lots of gorgeous plants, maintenance is very responsive, the apartments are beautiful, and Chantal in the office is very helpful. I have lived here for over a year and have zero complaints.

Vela was a wonderful experience for our little family. We loved our apartment and spent the entire summer on the patio enjoying the sun. We would recommend this property to anyone. Our little Frenchie was OBSESSED with the dog park. Though the best part about living at Vela was our office staff. Chantal is the most incredible property manager we have ever had the pleasure of working with, she is so responsive, engaged and professional. We never had to inquiry about anything twice, she handles everything smoothly and promptly. And the entire maintenance staff kept the grounds running smoothly! We see how hard you all work. Thank you for everything you did for us in our time there.

We have loved our time living at Vela. The apartment is beautiful and feels like home, but what makes the development the best is the staff. From the minute we reached out Chantal was attentive and got us into the perfect apartment so easily! Chantal and her team are on top of everything. If you have an issue (Which are not normal) it gets solved right away! One thing I really appreciate is the preventative maintenance they do. They come in and do checks to make sure everything is good before you may have issues.

I relocated here a month ago and I am so happy that I did. First, Chantel the property manager is amazing. She is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. With any instance of me reaching out she communicates back to me immediately. I had a minor repair yesterday and reached out to her for help while I was at work. Chantel placed the work order for me and was very supportive of my concern for my dog being at home while the issue was being taken care of while I was at work. She contacted me by phone (within a few hours after I placed the work order) saying the issue was rectified and my pup was great during the maintenance visit. Upon coming home from a long day a completed work order was left on my counter with a very nice note from Ritchie that my pup was a very well behaved boy and that they are friends now. That warmed my heart. A door hanger was also left on my front door saying the work was completed and to have a nice day. As simple as this might seem it made me very happy about my decision to move here. In all my rental history I’ve never had such great customer service plus the care and support for my fur baby. I can’t say enough positive things about this community and the especially the great people that work here. Thank you Chantel and Ritchie :)

Chantal has gone above and beyond & her Team does an excellent job at maintaining and keeping the property clean. They always make sure we have stocked dog stations that are clean & not overflowing. Other places I looked at, I would have had to pick or choose one thing over another. But at Vela, I got everything I wanted and needed! Chantal is by far the most amazing property manager! She is so sweet, very professional, and responds to residents needs in a timely and efficient manner. I credit the success of Vela to Chantal! We receive weekly resident update emails that keep us in the know of anything going on. Vela is constantly improving things around the complex and keeping everything looking nice and new! All the residents are quiet, respectful, and we all work to keep Vela clean and nice.

The apartment is absolutely amazing! The Property Manager, Chantal, will provide you with the best service you will ever receive! If there was a way to rate more than 5 stars, I would! Super clean and accommodating at ALL times! Super safe location, so you don’t have to worry about crime. Not much traffic, so it is quiet enough to relax in peace. Dozens of Grocery stores and restaurants only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend leasing at Vela. You won’t regret it!

WOW! I am so beyond impressed with this apartment complex. May I not mention how obviously beautiful it is, but the staff at the management office is top tier. The apartments are so well put together, and you can tell they did not go cheap on budgeting. (Tankless water heater, huge closet spaces, upgraded bathroom tubs, granite countertops, pre-installed wifi) The list goes on. My boyfriend and I have moved in about a week ago. We didn't have hot water for a couple days due to a problem with the new water heater. Mind you, this was not installed or anything incorrect on the builder's end but just a bad water heater part from the manufacture. We were told we were the only apartment with this issue since they've been built. The plumbers and builders were always on time as promised, very prompt and made sure we got our hot water fixed instantly. Every person that came into our apartment was friendly, nice, complimented our furniture and you can tell they liked their job. The property manager, Chantal was beyond accommodating with anything needed and even followed up with us every day, and even the day after it was fixed. SHE IS AMAZING! There is not one bad thing I can say about these apartments, and for being a new build apartment complex you would think they would need time to get their team up to par. Not the case with them, everyone was fast, and amazing. If I could give a 100-star review, I would. I look forward to living here.
